Yar. Rush with a terribly horribly stiff lookin' and vaguely feminine bodeh. Nuuuuuu.... Dx 
Very tentative design again---He's gonna need some seriously awkwardly huge cloaks (yes, plural D: ) to conceal those wings. D: (I'd like to put a lot more detail into them in the future, so they're pretty bland for quickie's sake. ) However it turns out, his design is certainly going to be a little tricky. *^*;; I'm always tempted to just make the wings retractable, but it wouldn't work out for the story. XD;;
On a positive note, I think I'm gradually getting back into a drawing habit---I just hope I can keep it up! *^*

It is a bit awkward with the cloak and wings and scarf. It's too much flowing around him; but I'm sure you'll work all of that out.
Fun fact- when I looked at this picture from a distance I thought a horrible orange and yellow blob was trying to steal something from his head.

Thanks! Yeah. I've always kinda pictured him with wolverine claws (purely mechanical though--they aren't a part of him), but he's also supposed to have two big guns. I didn't include them here. Heehee.
Unfortunately, his design is gonna have to be super awkward since he has to hide his wings (his kind are pretty much loathed all around the world; so much so that they will pretty much constantly be jumped and attacked by anyone, and with an intent to kill) ....and well, they're huge, so any practical means of cover-up is bound to look awkward. But, I can probably make some humorous situations out of it. X3 Heh heh.
Haha, cutie eh? X3 Gosh. If I ever did turn this story into a graphic novel though, and if it somehow got popular, I would fear so much Rush/Kraeden yaoi fanart. Eeeehhhhhhhhhh. *^* *shudder*
